My father always dismisses my feelings because my sister saw my mom on the floor bleeding from self-inflicted wounds..Me I just got to hear her threaten to do it..and she would explain how in detail she had tried to kill herself..sometimes just to explain how bad she had been..but when she would later say she was going to kill herself..I could picture it..in detail..my dad doesn't think this is as bad..I think it is maybe not as bad but no matter what it hurt more than he thinks and did more damage then he thinks.
