I also have problems with anxiety and depression myself and have recently begun seeing a therapist. I never really realized how much her illness had an effect on me until I hit my twenties. I saw other people my age having relationships and fun with their lives. I just felt as though I was a loser and couldn't have those types of relationships and happiness. I just have no clue of how to give of myself in relationships and what I'm supposed to do in them.
